Quality Policy

Projemato Lda. operates in the industrial sector, namely metalworking, electricity and telecommunications, more specifically in the assembly and maintenance of structured networks and telecommunications; electrical and mechanical installations, repairs and maintenance; manufacture and assembly of metal constructions and industrial piping.


The primary objective of our organisation is the satisfaction of our current and potential new customers through the continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided, as well as sustained growth.


To achieve and maintain this objective in a consistent and sustainable manner, we have decided to establish a Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and to maintain it on an ongoing basis, with a view to complying with requirements and continuously improving its effectiveness.


The guiding principles of this Quality Management System are:


Promote quality, giving preference to approved suppliers with the best response capacity.


Engage and motivate all company employees by encouraging them to express ideas and suggestions in the search for constant opportunities to improve work performance.


   Provide company employees with the necessary training so that they can perform their activities competently.

Achieving quality is everyone's responsibility, and each member of the organisation is responsible for complying with the specifications, procedures and work instructions that apply.


Projemato is convinced that its success depends on the effective implementation of this Policy, and publicly commits itself to society in general to make all necessary resources available to its employees, in order to jointly make it possible to achieve these objectives.
